SAMPLE AMENDMENT TO REAL PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT

For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by each of the parties, this agreement amends a lease agreement (the “Lease”) between _______________________ (the “Landlord”) and ______________________________________________ (the “Tenant”) dated____________________, relating to property located at _______________________ ____________________________________. This agreement is hereby incorporated into the Lease.

1. Paragraph 5 of the Lease is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

5. Assignment. The Tenant shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the Premises in whole or in part without the written consent of the Landlord.

2. Paragraph 20.3 of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety.

3. There is hereby added to the Lease a new paragraph number 9.4, which shall read in its entirety as follows:

9.4. Provide the Tenant with 10 designated and sign-posted parking spaces in the center parking lot.

Except as changed by this amendment, the Lease shall continue in effect according to its terms. The amendments herein shall be effective on the date this document is executed by both parties.
